Airports

The LTL & LC is on the northwestern side of Houston.

The closest airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airpot (IAH). It is about 30 minute travel time between IAH and the LTL&LC).

Houston Hobby Airport is on the south side of Houston and is about 1 1/2 hour travel time.

Houston is the third largest city in the United States and we are spread out!!!

Parking

We have limited parking onsite and off-site, all within a 5 minute walk of the conference events.

When you arrive at the LTL, you will be directed to the various parking lots.

Your conference packet will also have a map.

Area Transportation

All of the hotels listed are within ~20 minutes of the conference event. Most of the hotels do not have shuttles. Carpooling is a great idea! Please use Uber, Lyft, or private cars.

From George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), please use Lyft, Uber, local cab service or rental cars. IAH is about 4o minutes from the LTL&LC.

Houston Hobby is ~ 1 1/2 hours from the LTL&LC.

We will have a waiting list for tickets for non registered guests.

If you need extra tickets, join the waiting list when you pick up your registration packet.
