Ben Witherington III, signing 39 of his books at the LTL
March 28, 2011 – We discovered biblical scholar Ben Witherington III visiting the LTL, totally unannounced and without any fanfare. Witherington III currently teaches New Testament at Asbury Theological Seminary, Kentucky. He is also a member of the doctoral faculty at St. Andrews University in Scotland. Witherington has authored over 40 books, including The Jesus Quest and The Paul Quest, two books that Christianity Today has listed as top biblical studies works.
Witherington was speaking at an event in Katy and told his local connection there were two things he wanted to see while in Houston: the Bluebell Creamery in Brenham and the Lanier Theological Library!
